Our discounted cash rate starts at $139/hr for a crew of 2 movers + 1 truck on weekdays (Fri & Sun $149/hr; Saturday and month-end — the 25th–5th — $159/hr). Each additional mover is +$30/hr. The discounted cash price already includes sales tax; paying online by card adds sales tax at checkout. You pay for the hours worked plus a truck fee from $75 — there's no travel fee, and no hidden stair or long-carry fees — with a 4-hour minimum. Payment is collected after the job is complete. Most local 1-bedroom moves finish in about 4–5 hours.
4 hours. That covers travel, loading, driving, and unloading for most local moves. If your move runs longer, we bill in 30-minute increments after the 4-hour minimum.
Yes — Reliable Moving Services is fully licensed, bonded & insured for general liability and cargo. A certificate of insurance is available on request.
Five hubs across SoCal — Los Angeles, Irvine (Orange County), Riverside, Thousand Oaks / Calabasas, and Santa Clarita — each with a 30-mile radius. That covers most of LA County, Orange County, parts of Riverside and San Bernardino, and the Ventura corridor.
Cash, Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, and credit card. Payment is collected when the move is complete, after you've inspected your items.
No — we focus on local and intrastate California moves only. If you're moving out of state, we recommend an interstate carrier with the proper authority.
No — we don't handle pianos or pool tables. For those specialty items we recommend a dedicated specialty mover.
